Lead a small team: mentor, set clear objectives, and foster ownership. 4. Prepare board agendas, minutes, letters, and reports; collaborate with the Chair on governance documents. 5. Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance across all processes. 6. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, prioritising strategic objectives. 7. Communicate progress and issues to internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience managing accreditation schemes in a regulatory or professional body setting. - Strong knowledge of GDPR and data‑protection legislation. - End‑to‑end audit management expertise. - Effective people‑management with a collaborative, non‑micromanaging leadership style. - Process improvement and change‑management capabilities. - Project management, preferably with IT‑project exposure. - Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Systems). - Professional certifications in audit, compliance, or project management (e.g., CIMO, PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable but not mandatory.

Job title: Interim Enterprise Transformation Director (6‑month temporary PAYE) Role Summary: Lead the design and delivery of an organisation‑wide transformation programme, integrating digital, data, IT operations and process improvement to modernise ways of working, enhance performance and support the new strategic direction. Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure governance, reporting, risk management and supplier relationships are aligned and effective. Expectations: * Deliver a clear transformation roadmap within the 6‑month assignment. * Achieve programme milestones on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. * Demonstrate senior‑level influence across functions and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, risk awareness and customer focus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a transformation roadmap aligned to organisational strategy. 2. Lead major digital and technology‑enabled change initiatives. 3. Establish governance, reporting, assurance and performance frameworks for programmes and projects. 4. Oversee IT and digital operations ensuring reliable, secure, user‑focused services. 5. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field (preferred). * Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP or equivalent in transformation/IT project management (preferred).
