**Job title** Vice President of Solution Engineering – SaaS/AI **Role Summary** Lead a global team of up to 100 solution engineers, driving pre‑sales strategy, product adoption, and revenue growth across enterprise accounts worldwide. Serve as the bridge between customers, channel partners, product, and executive leadership, ensuring pre‑sales solutions align with regional market needs. **Expectations** - Build, scale, and mentor a distributed engineering pre‑sales organization. - Own end‑to‑end client engagement, from onboarding to expanding accounts. - Deliver measurable impact on product adoption, deal size, and renewal rates. - Maintain deep product and technology expertise; influence product roadmap. - Exhibit strong cross‑functional leadership and collaborative partnership skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage global solution engineering team; set clear objectives, metrics, and performance standards. - Design and execute pre‑sales strategies tailored to regional markets. - Lead client engagements to secure large deals, upsell, and expand existing relationships. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and partner teams to align solutions with customer needs. - Act as subject‑matter expert on company products, AI capabilities, and industry best practices. - Travel extensively (up to 50% international) to support global accounts and partners. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership of high‑performance, distributed pre‑sales or sales‑engineering teams. - Strong technical background in SaaS, cloud, and AI product ecosystems. - Deep understanding of enterprise business processes and digital transformation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Ability to travel globally and manage cross‑regional commitments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications in cloud, AI, or SaaS technologies advantageous.
