**Job title:** Senior Business Development and Alliances Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the development and expansion of strategic partner relationships to drive revenue growth, primarily through the Microsoft ecosystem and other technology/VC partnerships. Own the partner‑driven sales pipeline, collaborate with internal sales teams, and act as senior representative of the organization at industry events and executive forums. **Expectations:** - Achieve partner‑sourced revenue targets and pipeline volume. - Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with Microsoft and other key partners. - Deliver evidence of new business opportunities and closed deals. - Present regular performance reports to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies with Microsoft and additional technology, analyst, influencer, and VC partners. - Manage partner‑initiated opportunity pipeline, ensuring alignment with internal sales and service line teams. - Identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals sourced through partner channels. - Leverage partner funding, co‑sell programs and joint marketing to maximize impact. - Represent the organization at industry events, partner forums, analyst briefings and executive meetings to enhance visibility. - Monitor market, competitor, and partner trends to sustain a competitive position. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in business development, alliances or senior sales within enterprise technology or consulting. - Strong experience managing Microsoft (or comparable hyperscale) partner relationships and delivering revenue. - Ability to craft business cases, manage financials, and meet pipeline and revenue targets. - Excellent stakeholder management, influence and executive communication. - Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and digital transformation solutions. - Entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field. - Proven experience with enterprise software sales and partnership programs (certifications such as Microsoft Partner Manager or similar are a plus).
