Job Description: Job Title: Data Consultant (H/F) Role Summary: As a Data Consultant, you will lead end-to-end data transformation initiatives for clients within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will assess data maturity, define strategic roadmaps, capture business requirements, design and implement data models, develop Power BI dashboards, build and optimize data pipelines on SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric, and automate processes using Copilot, Azure OpenAI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. You will also deliver training and provide continuous improvement recommendations to stakeholders. Expactations: • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data consulting, preferably in Microsoft environments. • Proven ability to drive client-focused solutions from requirement gathering to deployment. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and professional competency in English. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate clients’ data maturity and define business capabilities and data priorities. • Develop a comprehensive data roadmap including use‑case identification. • Work with stakeholders to translate business challenges into functional and technical specifications. • Design data models and craft interactive Power BI reports using DAX. • Build, optimize, and monitor data flows on SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric. • Leverage Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and other AI services to automate insights and enrich reporting. • Create and maintain PowerApps to support business processes. • Design and orchestrate automated workflows with Power Automate. • Provide end‑user training and ongoing support to maximize adoption. • Propose process enhancements and best practices based on data analytics. Required Skills: • Power BI (report development, DAX, data modeling). • SQL Server (querying, database management). • Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric. • Azure OpenAI and Copilot for AI‑driven automation. • PowerApps and Power Automate for low‑code application development. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. • Project management and stakeholder communication. • Excellent French; professional English. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Power Platform App Maker, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate.
