**Job Title**
AI Technical Architect
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of end‑to‑end AI solutions on Microsoft Azure for enterprise clients. Drive AI strategy, architecture patterns, ethical governance, and secure deployment while mentoring teams and translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define AI strategy, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for clients.
2. Design and implement full‑stack AI solutions (data ingestion, modeling, deployment, monitoring) on Azure.
3. Lead, coach, and provide technical guidance to Data & AI teams through project lifecycles.
4. Collaborate with Cloud Services and Microsoft technology partners to deliver integrated solutions.
5. Conduct workshops, up‑skilling sessions, and knowledge transfers for clients and internal teams.
6. Review and automate business processes, recommending architectural improvements.
7. Ensure compliance with ethical, privacy, and security standards.
8. Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex Data & AI issues, and identify process enhancements.
9. Evaluate emerging technologies, propose innovative use cases, and build collective knowledge.
10. Accurately scope projects, estimate effort, and provide client recommendations.
**Required Skills**
- AI/ML solution design & deployment on Azure (Azure ML, Synapse, Databricks, Cognitive Services).
- AI governance, risk management, and ethical framework implementation.
- Data modeling, ETL, and pipeline design (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse).
- Cloud infrastructure, security, licensing, and migration expertise.
- DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, Git, automated testing).
- Project management: scoping, estimation, stakeholder communication.
- Source control (Git), testing frameworks, and iterative development methodologies.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Emotional intelligence and cross‑cultural communication.
- Mentoring and coaching capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft Azure certification(s): Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or equivalent.
- AI/ML certification preferred (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate).
- Knowledge of ethical/privacy standards (ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIST).
