Job Description

**Job Title:** PreSales Solution Consultant **Role Summary** Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to sales teams and customers to drive adoption of packaging software solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for Esko’s Supplier Software suite, supporting customers in optimizing design-to-print workflows. **Expectations** - Collaborate with regional sales teams to meet revenue targets. - Translate customer requirements into tailored software solutions and implementation plans. - Demonstrate product capabilities through customized presentations and demonstrations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Deliver technical sales support to sales teams for packaging software solutions (France & EMEA). 2. Conduct solution scoping workshops and author Statements of Work (SOW) for customer deployments. 3. Present software capabilities at industry events and to customers to highlight value propositions. 4. Develop deep expertise in packaging supply chain processes, including prepress, workflow automation, and quality assurance tools. 5. Travel up to 25% to support customer engagements and sales activities. **Required Skills** - Consultative selling and solution design for technical products. - Packaging industry knowledge, including artwork production, prepress workflows, and printing processes. - Experience with packaging software (e.g., Esko Supplier Software, ArtPro+, ArtiosCAD). - Strong presentation, demo, and stakeholder negotiation skills. - Fluency in English and French; ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. - Project management skills for scoping and delivering customer proposals. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Graphics Arts, Printing, or related field; equivalent industry experience acceptable. - Proven experience in packaging supply chain operations or software implementation. - Familiarity with Esko software, workflow automation tools, or structural design platforms preferred.
