Job Description

**Job title:** Internship – Plant Controlling **Role Summary:** Short‑term (3–6 months) internship in plant controlling, providing support for monthly reporting, annual planning and forecasting, cost analysis, and process digitisation within a manufacturing environment. **Expectations:** - Duration: 3–6 months; full‑time or part‑time; remote work possible. - Eligible candidates: EU nationals or Erasmus participants (valid work permit for non‑EU). **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate monthly business reports and contribute to P&L creation. - Assist in annual business planning and quarterly forecast planning. - Analyze departmental cost drivers (logistics, maintenance, etc.). - Define and track performance measures with relevant departments to achieve targets. - Support standardisation and digitalisation of controlling processes. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience a plus. - Fluent in English; additional languages welcome. - Team‑oriented communication and collaboration. - Interest and aptitude for digital applications. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related field. - No specific certifications required; coursework in financial analysis, cost accounting, or enterprise resource planning preferred.
