Job Description
**Job Title** Programme Management Office Coordinator **Role Summary** Act as the central hub for governance, planning, risk, finance, and reporting across multiple digital and ERP transformation programmes. Own cadence, sharpen plans, and ensure decisions, budgets, and benefits remain on track. **Expectations** - Highly organized, detail‑driven, thrives under pressure. - Proactive stakeholder partner across teams. - Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders. - Strong ownership, follow‑through, and problem‑solving capability. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, schedule, and run governance forums (agenda prep, minutes, decisions tracking). - Maintain high‑level timelines, milestones, and dependency lists; follow up with work‑stream leads. - Log and update RAID (risk, issue, action, dependency) registers with owners, dates, and mitigations. - Produce weekly dashboards and monthly status packs (scope, schedule, cost, risks) with accurate data. - Assist with financial tracking: time capture, purchase orders, forecasts vs budget, accrual inputs. - Administer change control: log requests, assess impact, update registers. - Track resource demand/capacity and joiner–mover–leaver records. - Manage quality & compliance of documentation (SharePoint, Confluence) and prep audit artefacts. - Support onboarding communication and distribution lists. - Act as first point of contact for PMO tooling (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project/Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint). **Required Skills** - 1–3 years in project support, coordination, operations, or junior PMO role (or strong internship/placement). - Advanced Excel (lookup, pivot), PowerPoint, and collaborative tools (Jira, SharePoint). - Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization. - Strong written and verbal communication; can distill complex updates. - Basic understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methods and PMO processes. - Problem‑solver who manages risks/issues to closure. - Experience in technology or consulting environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation/Scrum, or equivalent. - Degree or apprenticeship in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
