Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead full‑stack development for a cloud‑native identity security platform, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining services across on‑prem and SaaS environments while enforcing secure coding practices and mentoring peers. **Expectations:** Deliver high‑quality code on a bi‑weekly sprint cadence, actively participate in architecture debates, deploy AI‑enhanced tooling, and drive continuous improvement of development processes within a globally distributed team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, and web front‑end components. - Build and evolve SaaS‑capable, cloud‑hosted application components. - Implement robust unit and integration tests, use mock frameworks, and uphold automated CI/CD pipelines. - Apply OWASP standards and secure coding guidelines throughout the SDLC. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices. - Optimize performance and reliability using APM tools (e.g., Datadog). - Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MS SQL, and web application technologies. - Experience with large‑scale data handling and microservice architectures. - Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and RESTful/soap services. - Familiarity with single‑page and multi‑frontend frameworks (Webpack Module Federation). - Expertise in unit testing, mock frameworks, and automated testing tools. - Skilled in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement secure solutions. - Excellent communication and collaborative skills in distributed environments. - Willingness to adopt AI‑based development tools and improve workflow efficiency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required, though experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security standards (OWASP) is valued.
