Le Groupe PRIMEVER, développé par le groupe SATAR, est spécialisé dans les métiers du transport et de logistique, avec un coeur de métier sur la filière Fruits & Légumes. Il rassemble l’expertise des groupes Satar, Transcosatal, Primever et Guidez. Une stratégie de croissance externe menée depuis 2015, a permis de consolider un maillage territorial de premier plan en intégrant plusieurs sociétés de transport ancrées dans les différents bassins de production et de consommation : Inter légumes (01) Blancher (30), Marcot (47), Estiven Els (37).
