Job Description: Job Title: Junior RF Engineer Role Summary: Design, model, and evaluate RF radar systems, including antenna and signal interactions, using electromagnetic simulation tools and laboratory testing to support radar integration projects. Expectations: Deliver accurate simulation models, conduct performance tests, analyze results, and produce clear technical reports while maintaining rigorous organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Model RF radar transmit and receive chains in CST MWS and/or Ansys HFSS for detection performance assessment. - Design and execute radar test sequences on hardware platforms, recommending mechanical support adjustments as needed. - Characterize materials to predict and model radar signal interactions within integration environments. - Post‑process simulation and test data, perform analysis, and compile findings into comprehensive reports. Required Skills: - Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation (CST MWS, Ansys HFSS). - Solid understanding of antennas, radar systems, and signal processing concepts. - Programming competency in MATLAB and/or Python for data processing and automation. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Degree from a recognized engineering school with specialization in RF or High‑Frequency engineering. - Knowledge of antenna theory and electromagnetic modeling. - Familiarity with radar system design and signal processing.
