Job Title: Fleet Category Manager Role Summary: Lead procurement strategy for the fleet of light vehicles, driving cost efficiency, contract performance, and sustainable mobility solutions across the organization. Expectations: - Deliver measurable cost savings and value creation. - Align fleet procurement with organizational strategic and budgetary goals. - Champion sustainable and digital transition of the vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement fleet purchasing strategy aligned with corporate objectives. - Conduct market intelligence, trend analysis, and supplier opportunity identification. - Manage end‑to‑end tender processes, drafting specifications and negotiating contractual terms. - Optimize spend through centralization, framework contracts, and volume synergies. - Monitor supplier performance, key metrics, and financial health; drive continuous improvement. - Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of procurement outcomes. - Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership via reports and dashboards.
