**Job Title** Platform Owner **Role Summary** Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of an HR Employee Portal built on ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless, self‑service user experience, process automation, and alignment with broader HR and IT transformation initiatives. **Expectations** - Report directly to the HRIS Manager and collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and external suppliers. - Operate in a hybrid environment, attending the primary office at least part‑time. - Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of portal enhancements, from concept to release and maintenance. - Champion user adoption, training, and change management activities. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and prioritize the Employee Portal roadmap in alignment with HR strategic objectives. - Act as the central liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and platform vendors. - Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of new portal features and upgrades. - Champion automation, workflow optimization, and self‑service capabilities to drive efficiency and cost savings. - Ensure governance, quality assurance, compliance, and data integrity across the platform. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contract terms to support platform needs. - Conduct stakeholder liaison, including communication plans and status reporting. - Facilitate training, documentation, and adoption initiatives across the organization. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as an HR Platform or Product Owner, preferably managing HRIS or customer‑facing platforms. - Hands‑on proficiency in ServiceNow HR modules; experience with Salesforce or comparable platforms is a plus. - Strong knowledge of platform upgrade cycles, release management, and operational governance. - Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale digital transformations and enterprise deployments. - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. - Experience in change management, user adoption, and training delivery. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or related discipline. - Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or equivalent are preferred.
