Job Description

**Job title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Provide data‑driven insights and process improvements across operations, commercial, finance, and infrastructure. Transform raw data into actionable recommendations, build dashboards, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with OKRs and KPIs. **Expectations** - 3+ years in business analysis, operations, or strategy. - Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. - Proven ability to translate complex business questions into structured analysis and clear deliverables. - Effective communicator comfortable presenting to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect, cleanse, and analyze operational, commercial, and infrastructure data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. - Design and maintain reports and dashboards monitoring key metrics and performance drivers. - Conduct root‑cause investigations for operational issues and performance declines. - Support OKR/KPI tracking, quarterly reviews, and leadership reporting. - Map current‑state processes with stakeholders, recommend optimizations, and document changes. - Collaborate with Systems Architect to align process improvements with system design and automation. - Produce project plans, timelines, and trackers for cross‑functional initiatives. - Advise on tool adoption, reporting needs, and internal change management. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets. - SQL for data querying; proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) preferred. - Structured analytical approach with strong problem‑solving capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; presentation skills. - Project ownership experience; ability to manage multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in data analytics or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑BA) are a plus but not mandatory.
