**Job title**
Consultant Cyber Resilience – H/F
**Role Summary**
Senior consultant responsible for building and strengthening customers’ cyber resilience. Works with multi‑disciplinary teams to assess risks, design and implement continuity and crisis management plans, conduct exercises, and support regulatory compliance.
**Expectations**
- 5–7 years of experience in cyber resilience or advanced cybersecurity.
- Strong strategic autonomy and ability to mentor junior consultants.
- Fluency in French and English (written & spoken).
- Deep knowledge of ISO, NIST, DORA, NIS2, and related frameworks.
- Passion for emerging technologies (cloud, AI, OT/IoT) and regulatory trends.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess clients’ cyber resilience, covering continuity, crisis management, and incident response.
- Define tailored crisis‑management plans (guides, roles, procedures).
- Plan and moderate tabletop and simulation exercises.
- Lead post‑incident reviews to capture lessons learned.
- Conduct business impact analyses under DORA, NIS2, ISO 22301.
- Design and implement IT/Business continuity and recovery plans (PRA, DRP).
- Organize and oversee recovery tests and disaster‑recovery exercises.
- Raise stakeholder awareness and improve overall crisis posture.
- Lead junior consultants and enhance team resilience expertise.
- Perform cybersecurity maturity audits and gap analyses against ISO, NIST, etc.
- Support cyber compliance activities (ISO 22301/27001/27701, DORA, NIS2, SWIFT CSP).
- Engage in industrial cybersecurity projects (OT/IoT).
- Contribute to pre‑sales, project scoping, and internal communication (articles, talks).
- Support development of consulting services through research, methodology, and internal training.
**Required Skills**
- Practical experience in cyber resilience, continuity planning, and crisis management.
- Proficiency with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of information‑system environments: networking, systems, IT governance.
- Regulatory and compliance expertise.
- Strong analytical, concrete problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- French/English fluency; written and oral.
- Ability to work autonomously while mentoring others.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Additional relevant certifications (ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/ Auditor, CISSP, CISM, or similar) are advantageous.
