Job Description: Job title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead application development across mobile and web platforms, ensuring high quality, scalable solutions and continuous delivery through Agile practices. Expectations: • Deliver end‑to‑end features in Java/Spring, TypeScript/Javascript, and modern front‑end frameworks. • Own database design, API development, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. • Mentor squad members, contribute to architecture, and drive process improvements. • Communicate transparently with stakeholders, handle feedback, and uncover and address technical debt. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze requirements, produce detailed technical specifications, and estimate effort. 2. Design and implement REST APIs, front‑end components, and database schemas. 3. Write unit, integration, and automated tests; maintain code quality standards. 4. Perform code reviews, manage assigned bugs, and deliver documentation. 5. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and demos. 6. Collaborate with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and security practices. 7. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across squads. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring) and TypeScript/Javascript. - Strong relational database experience (SQL, schema design). - RESTful API design and implementation. - Automated testing (unit, integration). - Familiarity with front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) optional. - Experience with ORMs, PDF generation, or Android native development preferred. - Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cybersecurity basics. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
