Job Description
Job title: Field Marketing Manager Role Summary: Execute data‑driven field marketing programs to support prospecting, lead and pipeline generation, and revenue targets for the Northern Europe region. Acts as the liaison between Corporate Marketing and regional sales/business development teams, owns end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, digital initiatives, and customer success showcases. Expectations: - Deliver measurable ROI and achieve agreed lead, pipeline, and revenue goals over a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. - Manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies while ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards. - Provide clear, timely communication to sales, business development, and marketing stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute field marketing initiatives (events, webinars, sponsorships, paid media, brand awareness campaigns). - Collaborate with sales leadership to build and localise go‑to‑market strategies for the North European market. - Own lead distribution, follow‑up processes, and campaign metrics; report on performance and ROI. - Develop and maintain the customer reference program, including case studies, press releases, and speaking engagements. - Align joint marketing efforts with key partners and coordinate with global marketing teams. - Provide feedback from the field to global marketing to refine investment and messaging. - Act as a spokesperson and brand ambassador when required. Required Skills: - Strong project management and multitasking ability. - Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting campaign outcomes. - Proven event, webinar, digital or paid media campaign experience in a B2B context. - Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management across sales, marketing, and product teams. - Detail oriented, proactive, and able to take full ownership of pipeline and revenue initiatives. - Comfortable acting as a corporate spokesperson and product advocate. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent industry experience). - Minimum 3–5 years of field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or analytics environment. - Familiarity with the Northern European market is a plus.
