Job Title: Service Delivery Manager – Security
Role Summary: Deliver and govern high‑critical IT services with a focus on security, compliance, and resilience. Act as the primary interface between clients, technical teams, SOC, and executives to define, execute, and monitor security and operational strategies across hybrid environments.
Expectations: 7–10 years of experience in Delivery Management or operational Cybersecurity, proven crisis management, vulnerability tracking, and ITIL‑based service governance. Strong technical foundation combined with strategic vision and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement operational security strategy for assigned scope.
- Maintain technical and security ownership of infrastructure, applications, cloud, and network layers.
- Establish and track KPI/KRI dashboards (EDR/AV coverage, patch compliance, backup status, cybersecurity policy adherence).
- Drive operational performance and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIS 2, DORA, PCI‑DSS).
- Lead security and operational steering committees with SOC, business units, and CISO.
- Supervise security solutions (EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, supervision).
- Manage vulnerability lifecycle: detection, prioritisation, remediation, patch management.
- Reduce attack surface through hardening and continuous monitoring.
- Coordinate cyber‑incident response, communication, and recovery plans.
- Ensure SLA/OLA adherence and security compliance of services.
- Document security procedures, audit plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in internal/external audits and implement remediation actions.
Required Skills:
- ITIL service management and managed services governance.
- Operational security expertise: SOC, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability and patch management.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS 2, DORA, PCI‑DSS frameworks.
- Crisis management and business continuity planning.
- Data‑driven KPI monitoring using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Project management and cross‑functional team coordination.
- Experience with hybrid on‑premise and cloud infrastructures, Windows/Linux OS, Nutanix, and SOC‑integrated environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
