**Job title:** Machine Learning Scientist
**Role Summary:**
Drive advanced analytics by researching, designing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems and enhance decision‑making processes.
**Expectations:**
- Mastery of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, evaluation, and optimization.
- Ability to deploy models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Research, develop, and implement innovative ML algorithms and models.
- Experiment with, tune, and optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to deploy ML solutions into production.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
- Stay current with ML and AI advancements and integrate relevant techniques.
- Present findings and technical insights to diverse audiences.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, Keras).
- Programming: Python, R, or similar.
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyper‑parameter tuning.
- Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical reasoning.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related field.
