Expectations: • Deliver measurable sales results in the South Europe market. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Collaborate across product, finance, and legal teams to secure profitable deals. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting major OEMs and distributors. • Manage a high‑volume sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts. • Serve as the customer advocate, coordinating cross‑functional teams to craft winning proposals. • Conduct quarterly performance reviews for sales representatives and distributors. • Conduct regular channel partner reviews, provide training, and ensure alignment with company strategy. Required Skills: • 5+ years of semiconductor or high‑tech sales experience. • Proven ability to generate and close high‑value deals. • Strong business acumen, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. • Proficient in Salesforce.com or comparable sales enablement tools. • Excellent project management and collaboration in an international environment. • Fluency in English and French; Italian or Spanish a plus. Required Education & Certifications: • Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent). • Valid sales or technical certifications preferred but not mandatory.
