Job Title: Expert DevOps Azure – F/H
Role Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and service catalog for Azure-based solutions. Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to embed DevOps practices, optimize infrastructure, and ensure secure, compliant delivery pipelines.
Expectations:
- Deliver end‑to‑end DevOps solutions using Azure DevOps and IaC tools.
- Actively support and mentor squads in adopting DevOps principles.
- Participate in change validation, quality control, and incident escalation processes.
- Ensure continuous improvement of tools, processes, and monitoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments on Azure.
- Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, and ARM templates.
- Automate environments with Ansible, Python scripts, and Azure‑DevOps pipelines.
- Configure and manage monitoring, log management, and performance tracking (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Secure infrastructure and deployments using SonarQube, Checkov, Trivy; enforce network and security best practices.
- Collaborate with change control committees and quality assurance teams for pipeline validation.
- Mentor and coach development, operations, and domain teams on DevOps practices and tool usage.
- Conduct on‑call rotations and respond to operational incidents.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with Azure environments.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and IaC (Terraform, ARM).
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and Helm charts.
- Familiarity with monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), logging, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of security scanning tools (SonarQube, Checkov, Trivy).
- Solid understanding of networking, system architecture, hybrid OnPremise/Cloud deployments.
- Ability to work independently, analyze complex problems, and engage in cross‑team collaboration.
- Proficient in English (advanced).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-303/304, AZ-204) preferred.
- MSc or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering is an advantage.
