**Job title**
VP Growth & Acquisition (Full-Time)
**Role Summary**
Lead and scale customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing across four markets (France, UK, Germany, Austria). Own end‑to‑end growth strategy, data‑driven optimization, and cross‑functional execution while managing a 12‑person growth team. Drive profitable growth, refine marketing mix, and enhance customer value metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth targets within budget, achieving high ROAS and sustainable CAC.
- Build an automated, data‑centric CRM engine that powers activation, retention, and re‑engagement.
- Implement a unified data & analytics framework to inform strategy and tactical decisions.
- Adapt strategies for local market nuances and launch new acquisition channels.
- Foster an agile, test‑and‑learn culture across acquisition, SEO, B2B, and analytics functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Acquisition** – Define and execute client‑and‑pro acquisition plans; optimize paid social, search, app‑acquisition, and other paid channels.
2. **Performance Management** – Set, monitor, and improve key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI); adjust spend allocation based on data insights.
3. **Lifecycle & CRM** – Develop a behavior‑driven, automated CRM system; lead activation, retention, and re‑activation initiatives.
4. **Data & Optimization** – Build cohort, attribution, and LTV/CAC dashboards; partner with data leaders to surface growth levers and act rapidly.
5. **Multi‑Market Growth** – Tailor strategies per country; identify and launch new acquisition channels such as CSE and retail partnerships.
6. **Leadership & Coordination** – Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Ops, Product, Business Managers, and vertical teams; maintain agile execution.
7. **Team Management** – Hire, coach, and develop 12 staff across Acquisition B2C, SEO B2C, Acquisition B2B, and Web & App Analysis.
**Required Skills**
- Proven expertise in performance marketing and app‑first acquisition ecosystems.
- Mastery of paid social, paid search, app acquisition, CRM, and analytics.
- Strong data culture: cohort analysis, attribution models, LTV/CAC modeling.
- Experience building scalable automated CRM pipelines.
- Ability to work quickly, test hypotheses, and iterate at scale.
- Transversal leadership: rally diverse teams without direct authority.
- Comfort with high‑target environments, test‑and‑learn mindset, and dynamic challenges.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) and data analytics preferred.
