**Job title** VP Growth & Acquisition (Full-Time) **Role Summary** Lead and scale customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing across four markets (France, UK, Germany, Austria). Own end‑to‑end growth strategy, data‑driven optimization, and cross‑functional execution while managing a 12‑person growth team.
