Job Description
**Job title:** Technical Service Delivery Manager **Role Summary:** Ensure the delivery of high‑quality IT services to corporate clients, acting as the point of contact between operations and customers. **Job Title** Professional Services Engineer – Microsoft Modern Workplace **Role Summary** Design, implement, and secure Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace solutions for clients. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into best‑practice deployments, managing device provisioning, endpoint & mobile device management, application deployment, identity, and security compliance across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and related EMS services. **Expectations** * Deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. * Stay current with Microsoft Cloud advancements and security practices. * Mentor junior PS team members and share technical knowledge. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Solution Design & Implementation** – Assess client requirements, design Modern Workplace architectures, and lead end‑to‑end implementation. 2. **Device & Endpoint Management** – Create and administer Autopilot profiles, ESP configurations, and device provisioning workflows using MEMCM, Intune, or other EMS tools. 3. **Mobile & Application Management** – Deploy and maintain MDM policies, secure mobile device access, and manage application delivery through EMS platforms. 4. **Identity & Access Management** – Configure Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, RBAC, and other IAM features to enforce secure authentication. 5. **Security & Compliance** – Implement data protection, encryption, DLP, and security best practices to align with industry standards and protect client data. 6. **Client & Team Support** – Provide technical guidance to clients and PS colleagues, ensuring smooth project delivery and knowledge transfer. **Required Skills** * Extensive experience architecting and deploying Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace solutions. * Deep knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and EMS technologies. * Proficiency in mobile device management, application delivery, and endpoint configuration. * Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, Azure Security Services, and data protection best practices. * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Security and Modern Workplace consulting. * Current Microsoft certifications (preferred): * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate * Azure Solutions Architect Expert * Azure Security Engineer Associate * Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert * Microsoft Azure Security Technologies * Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (desirable)
