Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Role Summary: Drive demand generation, brand visibility, and strategic growth through data‑driven digital marketing. Own the marketing technology stack, manage website and campaign performance, and execute account‑based marketing (ABM) to support pipeline development. Expectations: - Deliver measurable improvements in lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. - Maintain GDPR‑compliant data practices and accurate reporting. - Collaborate with Business Development and product marketing to align messaging and outreach. Key Responsibilities: - Manage CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot), including lead scoring, nurture journeys, and workflow automation. - Ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and compliance. - Oversee daily website activities: content updates, landing page creation, SEO, and conversion optimisation on WordPress. - Analyse website and campaign metrics; recommend optimisations. - Plan, create, and publish LinkedIn content; support paid and organic social campaigns. - Build multi‑channel ABM journeys (web, email, social) and monitor account engagement. - Produce regular performance reports for digital channels, campaigns, and ABM initiatives. Required Skills: - 3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing. - Proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM. - Hands‑on experience managing WordPress websites and digital campaigns. - Experience with B2B social media activity. - Strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills. - Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). - HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (advantage).
