**Job Title:** SAP Technical PMO
**Role Summary:**
Contract-based SAP Technical PMO responsible for governance, coordination, and delivery of technical SAP initiatives. Supports project execution, tracks progress, manages releases, environments, and technical architecture, while ensuring risk management, quality, and compliance across large SAP landscapes.
**Experiences & Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis, technical PMO, or large-scale SAP project management.
- Proven track record managing SAP release cycles, change requests, and environment maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical architecture documentation and convert it into actionable PMO deliverables.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (RISE with SAP, AWS) and relevant SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, BTP).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Flexible availability for contract extension based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Technical Project Governance & Coordination** – Support execution, monitor progress, and align technical initiatives across teams.
2. **Release, Change & Environment Management** – Oversee release schedules, change requests, and SAP environment provisioning to ensure smooth operations.
3. **Technical Architecture Support** – Implement and monitor technical architecture standards, focusing on database performance, integration components, and overall system health.
4. **PMO Framework & Standards** – Maintain PMO processes, templates, and reporting tools for consistency across multiple projects.
5. **Risk, Quality & Compliance Management** – Identify risks, track mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with SAP and corporate standards.
6. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Facilitate decision‑making among stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and support program objectives.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem: SAP Basis operations, PI/PO or BTP integrations, security, monitoring tools, technical maintenance, and architecture.
- Experience with project and operational tools: Jira, CALM, SharePoint, ServiceNow, etc.
- Knowledge of SAP data archiving, performance tuning, and migration projects.
- Proficiency in cloud environments (RISE with SAP, AWS).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in SAP Basis, SAP PMO, or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
