Job Description: Job Title: Senior Telecom Service Delivery Manager (F/M) Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end telecom service delivery for a large client, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate billing, budget adherence, and strong operator relationships. Works within the Order and Billing Management team and serves as the primary interface between client and operational stakeholders. Expectations - Minimum 6 years of experience in a comparable telecom service delivery or operations role. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, maintain rigorous control standards, and deliver client‑focused solutions. - Strong communication skills in French and English; ability to liaise with technical and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and develop relationships with telecom operators, addressing technical and commercial inquiries. - Process orders, handle invoicing, and perform customer re‑billing activities. - Monitor and report on budgets for the organization and its clients (internal and group level). - Participate in cross‑functional telecom projects and provide input on strategy and execution. - Act as the main liaison between Client Management and Operations teams. - Track and balance the workload for the Order and Billing Management team. - Produce internal reports and deliver unit‑cost indicators for network service billing.
