Job Title: Junior Growth Influencer Manager
Role Summary
Lead and scale UK mid‑tier and top‑tier influencer and podcast marketing programs, owning end‑to‑end campaign execution, performance analysis, budgeting, and partnership management to drive customer acquisition and long‑term profitability.
Expectations
• Deliver measurable growth in key metrics (CAC, CPA, CTR, AOV, ROAS).
• Scale influencer and podcast partnerships with strong ROI and sustainable brand impact.
• Maintain high‑quality data‑driven decisions and continuous optimisation.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, and a growth mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively across marketing, product, social, PR, and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage UK mid‑tier and top‑tier influencer programs, securing talent deals and negotiating agreements.
2. Lead cross‑functional projects with celebrity and top‑tier talent for launches, partnerships, and special campaigns.
3. Track, analyse, and report campaign performance; provide actionable insights for optimisation.
4. Allocate and monitor influencer budgets, balancing short‑term CPA with long‑term brand growth.
5. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
6. Ensure compliance with ASA, legal guidelines, and usage rights.
7. Integrate influencer content into broader marketing campaigns and retail objectives.
8. Conduct post‑campaign analyses, share learnings, and refine briefing and creative strategy.
9. Support Limit Seeker campaigns and retail team objectives through influencer activation.
10. Maintain awareness of creator economy trends, platform dynamics, and best practices.
Required Skills
• Minimum 2 years in influencer marketing, podcasting, YouTube, or growth marketing (brand or agency).
• Proficiency with performance metrics: CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, AOV.
• Hands‑on experience managing in‑house influencer campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data‑to‑action translation abilities.
• Budget tracking, optimisation, and negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic, creative thinker with growth mindset focused on ROI and scalability.
• Familiarity with creator economy, platform trends, and tools (e.g., Podscribe, Upfluence, Creator Marketplace) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of marketing analytics or influencer platform certifications is advantageous.
