**Job Title** European Graduate Programme, Product & Consumer Marketing **Role Summary** Graduate cohort recruited in October 2026 to work within Sony Europe’s Product & Consumer Marketing teams. The role blends data‑driven insight generation, performance measurement and cross‑functional collaboration to support product strategy, commercial decisions and pan‑European launches over a two‑year, 30‑month programme. **Expactations** - Deliver timely, actionable marketing insights and performance metrics. - Partner effectively with sales, product, finance and R&D to shape product positioning and marketing plans. - Navigate a fast‑changing commercial environment, adapting strategies to new data and market signals. - Participate actively in training modules (Making of a Champion, FLEX) and share learnings in annual showcase presentations. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse customer behaviour, market segmentation and sales performance data. - Generate reports, dashboards and insights for marketing strategy and product decision‑making. - Support launch activities, business plans and go‑to‑market strategies across UK & Ireland and, subsequently, pan‑European markets. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into product positioning, pricing and promotional plans. - Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and data‑analysis skills (Excel, Power BI or similar). - Problem‑solving mindset with a results‑orientated, date‑centric approach. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and organisational abilities. - Ability to work independently and within diverse, cross‑functional teams. - Tech‑savvy and eager to learn about emerging consumer electronics and digital marketing tools. - Fluency in English; proficiency in a second European language preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline. - Marketing or commercial experience from internships, placements or relevant extracurricular activities. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with marketing analytics tools is advantageous.
