Job Description
**Job title** Engineering Intern **Role Summary** Support the design, development, and testing of Integrity Management equipment for the Flexible Pipe Systems division. Participate in multidisciplinary engineering projects, contribute to electronics design, assembly, documentation, and collaborative problem‑solving. **Expectations** - Complete assigned tasks within project timelines and quality standards. - Maintain accurate design records and documentation. - Communicate progress and issues to team members, engineers, and supervisors. - Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. **Key Responsibilities** - Contribute to internal projects delivering equipment, services, and documentation to meet client requirements. - Perform electronics design activities: requirements planning, interface definition, circuit development, PCB layout, and component testing. - Assemble electronics hardware (PCBs, Veroboards, cables, test equipment). - Assist in prototype creation and drawing generation across electronics, firmware, mechanical, and software domains. - Record and report design data, project status, and test results. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, identify technical challenges, and propose solutions. **Required Skills** - Proficient in electronics design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and PCB layout. - Knowledge of circuit simulation and testing practices. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective verbal and written communication in English. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment or recent graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. - Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent). - Legal right to work in the applicable country without employer sponsorship. ---
