Job Title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Actively drive company growth by generating, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities across multiple outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn). Maintain a robust pipeline, collaborate closely with sales and marketing, and use data-driven insights to optimize outreach strategies. Expectations: - 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. - Consistently meet or exceed target metrics and key performance indicators. - Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and adaptability in a high‑volume environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create new opportunities. 2. Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and tailor messaging to increase engagement. 3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, documenting all activities in Salesforce. 4. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach tactics and share campaign insights. 5. Continuously refine and test outreach sequences to improve response rates and conversion. 6. Manage lead follow‑up to progress prospects through the sales funnel. 7. Participate in team meetings to discuss best practices, results, and strategy updates. 8. Provide actionable feedback to Marketing on campaign effectiveness and prospect engagement. Required Skills: - Proven outbound prospecting and lead generation expertise. - Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to craft compelling outreach. - Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification framework. - Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools; comfortable with G‑Suite. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; able to handle multiple priorities. - Analytical mindset for evaluating outreach metrics and optimizing tactics. - Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (not mandatory). - Certification or demonstrated knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales qualification process.
