Job Description

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst/Engineer - Tableau & Snowflake Role Summary: Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and Snowflake data models to deliver strategic business insights. Partner with executives and stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable analytics. Expectations: 5-6 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering. Expertise in Tableau for executive-level dashboards and Snowflake data modeling. Strong SQL and data pipeline automation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build and optimize 40+ production Tableau dashboards for senior leadership. - Design data pipelines for Salesforce (sales forecasting), ServiceNow (support metrics), and KeyedIn (time/project tracking). - Architect Snowflake data models, schemas, and views for reporting. - Write complex SQL for ad-hoc analysis and reporting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and refine dashboard usability. - Manage Tableau Cloud (workspaces, templates, access controls, documentation). - Advise on data visualization best practices and analytics-driven decision-making. Required Skills: - Expert-level Tableau dashboard creation and Snowflake data modeling. - Advanced SQL for data transformation and analytics. - Independent data pipeline development (ETL/ELT tools preferred). - Cross-functional collaboration to translate business needs into technical solutions. - High-volume data management across multiple sources. - Clear technical documentation and consistent design standards. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
