Job title: Client Solutions Lead Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end client service for a cloud‑based IT provider, focusing on customer satisfaction, account growth, and technology consultancy. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving renewals, upsell/cross‑sell, and strategic engagements while collaborating with delivery, project, and engineering teams. Expectations: • Consistently achieve high CSAT/NPS and contract renewal rates. • Increase revenue through upselling/cross‑selling initiatives. • Conduct timely account reviews and develop strategic account plans. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main liaison for key clients, resolving queries and ensuring SLA compliance. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate customer experience. - Manage a portfolio of key accounts, performing regular reviews and identifying growth opportunities. - Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize value and retention. - Identify and deliver upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with client needs. - Provide expert guidance on technology solutions, coordinating with internal technical teams to design and implement bespoke solutions. - Oversee contract lifecycle management, proactively handling renewals and negotiating terms to secure long‑term partnerships. - Collaborate with Service Delivery, Project Management, and Core Systems Engineering teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, implementation, and incident management. - Apply data‑driven decision‑making, process improvement, innovation, and change management across the client service function. Required Skills: - Proven experience in client‑facing roles within technology or managed services. - Strong account management principles and customer success strategy knowledge. - Ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver consultative solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure services and cyber security services. - Analytical mindset with capability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud certifications (a plus).
