Job Description: Job title: Expert NetApp F/H Role Summary: Design, deploy, and manage high‑availability NetApp ONTAP storage systems for mission‑critical banking environments. Lead performance optimization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives while ensuring regulatory and security compliance. Expactations: Five or more years of hands‑on NetApp experience in critical environments; strong analytical and communication skills; proven ability to work in a collaborative, service‑oriented team; self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to evolving technology landscapes. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot NetApp ONTAP (clustered) storage infrastructures. - Design and implement SAN/NAS (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC) architectures. - Optimize system performance, capacity, and availability. - Configure and maintain replication (SnapMirror), backup (SnapVault), and business continuity (PRA/PCA) solutions. - Lead migration, consolidation, and modernization projects. - Resolve complex Level 3 incidents and provide run‑time support. - Author technical documentation and operating procedures. - Ensure adherence to banking security standards and regulatory requirements. Required Skills: - Expertise with NetApp ONTAP Clustered, SAN/NAS protocols, replication, and HA. - Familiarity with VMware virtualization environments. - Automation experience (Ansible, scripting). - Knowledge of cloud and hybrid‑cloud storage solutions. - Understanding of infrastructure security best practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5). - NetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE) preferred. - Minimum five years relevant experience in critical banking/financial storage environments.
