Job Title: Generative AI Tech Lead
Role Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of Generative AI solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, data privacy, and quality frameworks. Drive innovation through PoCs, best‑practice development, and strategic procurement, while coordinating across multiple stakeholders to deliver high‑impact AI initiatives.
Expectations:
- Establish and enforce best‑practice methodologies, templates, and checklists for Generative AI development.
- Develop and execute a scaling strategy that maximizes the adoption and benefit of AI initiatives.
- Lead PoC activities, identify integration patterns, and validate commercial viability of technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and contribute to budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, architecture, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate timelines, budgets, and resource planning for project delivery.
- Oversee ongoing maintenance and performance monitoring of deployed Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and record industry‑best practices, including coding templates and deployment checklists.
2. Create and roll out a scalable roadmap for Generative AI projects, measuring impact and ROI.
3. Conduct PoCs, assess new integration patterns, and build prototypes that demonstrate value.
4. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts; evaluate technology offerings against business needs.
5. Collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Data Protection Officers to ensure compliance, guardrails, and data integrity.
6. Provide project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for initiatives.
7. Monitor post‑deployment performance, manage maintenance schedules, and address technical debt.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Deep knowledge of RAG, Guardrails, Azure AI components, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Solid grasp of IT architecture frameworks (TOGAF), security practices, data privacy, and quality standards (ITIL, ISO, GDPR).
- Proven project management and stakeholder coordination in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, ISO, GDPR) are advantageous but not mandatory.
