- Deliver production‑ready code (Python, SQL) with version control, unit testing, and documentation.
- Communicate model results clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proactively maintain data integrity, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, train, and validate predictive pipelines (regression, time‑series, tree‑based, clustering, generative models).
2. Perform rigorous data preparation, feature engineering, and anomaly investigation across linear and streaming sources.
3. Build automated visualizations and web applications (Tableau, Streamlit, Plotly) for stakeholder consumption.
4. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Research, Content, Ad Sales, Forecasting, and IT teams to drive business impact.
5. Drive iterative process improvements through research, new techniques, and Agile practices (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
6. Validate and document AI‑assisted outputs, ensuring privacy and governance adherence.
**Required Skills**
- SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn).
- Predictive modeling experience (regression, time‑series, decision trees, XGBoost, clustering).
- Git‑based collaborative development.
- Data visualization (Tableau, Plotly, Streamlit).
- Strong verbal and written communication, client orientation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with messy data and adapt in dynamic environments.
- Experience with AI‑assisted workflows and output validation.

- Internal tool development (Streamlit/Gradio, scheduled batch jobs).
- Exposure to managed LLM/AI services in analytics platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Cognitive Science, or a closely related field.
No specific certifications required.
