**Job Title**
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Internship
**Role Summary**
Internship within the Talent Acquisition team responsible for owning the end‑to‑end internship program, supporting mainstream recruitment activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Take full ownership of the internship cycle (requisition, recruitment, onboarding, community, exit).
- Proactively support broader TA operations and brand projects.
- Deliver high‑quality communications, data reports and process improvements.
- Actively collaborate with cross‑functional teams while working independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire internship program: coordinate hiring requests, launch recruitment campaigns, screen candidates, facilitate onboarding and exit processes, and enhance intern experience.
- Support day‑to‑day recruiting: candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.
- Execute employer‑branding projects: contribute to content creation, career‑fair support, career‑site updates, and brand material refresh.
- Perform operational admin: maintain the TA mailbox, produce newsletters, assist with translations, and support miscellaneous tasks.
- Analyze program data, identify improvement opportunities, and report on key metrics.
**Required Skills**
- Professional English proficiency; fluent in French or Dutch. Trilingual (French, Dutch, English) is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of HR/TA processes; keen interest in recruitment and employer branding.
- Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, simple data handling, and social‑media tools.
- Collaborative team player, open to feedback, and creative problem‑solver.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current university student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–6 months internship experience in HR, recruitment, or employer branding is a plus but not mandatory.
