Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Training & Development
Role Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of France Supply Chain learning/development initiatives. Align training strategy with the broader L&D Europe framework and business objectives, ensuring skill gaps in QESH, technical, and CAPEX are closed through global and local programs.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable L&D outcomes that drive operational performance and business results.
- Manage a multi‑factor budget and optimize training ROI.
- Build and maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships with supply chain, finance, procurement, and external training partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the France Supply Chain skill‑deployment policy for QESH, technical, and CAPEX domains.
- Proactively consult with business units to assess training needs and translate them into global and local program plans.
- Deploy and coordinate worldwide and local training programs, ensuring timely, effective, and consistent delivery.
- Establish a robust L&D process focused on functional priorities, incorporating the 70/20/10 model; regularly review with commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, CAPEX, technical, and QESH training requirements.
- Consolidate and communicate France‑level KPIs; advise on deployment strategies based on business performance analytics.
- Analyze training effectiveness, adjust programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain consistent training frameworks, matrices, role profiles, and program content, reviewing them regularly.
- Draft and control the annual training budget; manage administrative processes in partnership with L&D Services.
- Lead European L&D working groups to drive program improvement and share best practices globally.
- Respond to regulatory standards and audit requirements for France.
- Chair annual training commission, contribute to CSE sessions, and prepare annual social and employer reporting on L&D.
- Manage remote teams, set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive change initiatives.
- Cultivate talent pipelines, succession planning, and sustain skill continuity.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or human resources, with industrial sector knowledge.
- Strong business orientation and results‑driven mindset.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs.
- Advanced project management capabilities.
- Expertise in change management and coaching.
- Leadership, autonomy, creativity, and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in English; high computer literacy (LMS, MS Office, data analysis tools).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in L&D or project management (e.g., CPLP, PMP) are a plus.
