**Job Title:** Oracle HCM Systems Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for the analysis, configuration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications across multiple business functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.). Acts as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the HCM system delivers reliable, efficient, and compliant workforce solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain high system availability and performance.
- Deliver timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Ensure system changes align with business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Provide accurate documentation and knowledge transfer to end‑users and support staff.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Business Support teams to optimize processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and administer Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, etc.).
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and post‑implementation validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalations, and integration problems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports/dashboards for HR analytics.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
- Support data migrations, data quality, and security/access controls.
- Provide end‑user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (or Oracle HCM on‑premise) modules and functionality.
- Experience with HRIS processes, data structures, and workforce reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL/PL‑SQL, data extraction, and basic scripting.
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose system‑based solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs).
- Project‑management aptitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 202x Implementation) preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant HR or IT certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PMP) considered a plus.
