Job title: Cloud AI Solutions Technical Consultant
Role Summary: Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Copilot and associated M365 AI capabilities, driving pre‑sales enablement, workshops, and adoption initiatives for channel partners and managed services customers. Position involves translating AI solutions into business value and acting as a trusted advisor during customer engagements.
Expactations: Deliver high‑impact technical presentations and workshops, guide partners through deployment scoping and readiness, translate AI technology into quantifiable ROI, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Microsoft AI tools and cloud security, support sales streams with technical leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical enablement and pre‑sales activities for Copilot, M365, and related business applications.
- Conduct workshops, assessments, demos, and readiness sessions for partners and end‑customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical insight during pre‑sales engagements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial benefits and ROI.
- Maintain expertise in AI, Copilot Studio, M365, Azure, and modern workplace security (Defender, Intune).
- Update internal stakeholders on new product features, trends, and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing partner queries and ensuring solution alignment.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, process improvements, and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience delivering Copilot, M365, or Business Applications enablement.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft security tools, principles, and modern workplace technologies.
- Ability to quantify ROI and articulate commercial value of AI solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills; able to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Logical, consultative thinking; influence technology direction with high expertise.
- Collaborative mindset, initiative for continuous improvement, adherence to existing and new processes.
- Willingness to pursue or hold Microsoft certifications (MS‑102, AZ‑104, SC‑900, AI‑900, PL‑900, PL‑600).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Microsoft certifications: MS‑102, AZ‑104, SC‑900, AI‑900, PL‑900, PL‑600 (or currently pursuing).
