**Job title** Sector Sales Manager – NIVEA (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead sales activities and product promotion for NIVEA across the GMS (hypermarket and supermarket) channel. Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners and drive the achievement of sales targets set by management. **Expectations** • Deliver on sales objectives for permanent and new product assortments. • Increase brand exposure and linear shelf share in retail environments. • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the sector. • Maintain consistent, reliable communication with internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Sell permanent product assortments and newly launched items to GMS customers. - Promote and manage promotional operations and sales campaigns. - Enhance visual merchandising quality and optimize brand display and shelf space. - Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales. - Provide timely, accurate information and feedback to the corporate team. **Required Skills** - Proven commercial experience in the GMS retail sector. - Strong autonomy, organisational aptitude, and persistence. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Self‑motivated with a goal‑driven attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - A relevant commercial or business qualification (e.g., Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field) is preferred. - Prior sales experience in the consumer goods or GMS industry is essential.
