Job Description: **Job Title:** IT Systems Engineer **Role Summary:** Mid-level role maintaining IT infrastructure across multi-site expansion. Ensuring system stability and supporting transition to multi-office, multi-factory operations. Collaborating with senior team to scale systems and support daily operations. **Expectations:** Hands-on role in infrastructure, security, user support, and projects. Transition from single-site to multi-site operations. Requires technical expertise in networking, servers, storage, and security. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform system administration (updates, backups, patches, monitoring). - Maintain IT infrastructure stability and data storage (cloud/on-prem). - Monitor networks, servers, storage, hardware, and software. - Enforce security policies, antivirus, and access control best practices. - Provide first/second-line IT support for staff and manage asset inventories. - Oversee user onboarding (hardware, accounts), software licenses, and hot-desk tools. - Document IT processes and support infrastructure upgrades/improvement projects. - Proactively identify and escalate technical issues. **Required Skills:** - 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or system administration. - Database management, patch management, LAN/WAN networking expertise. - Proficiency in TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, andVPN. - Security fundamentals (endpoint protection, access control). - Troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and applications. - Communication and service-oriented collaboration across teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft, AWS/Azure Associate).
