**Job Title:** Commercial Manager (France) **Role Summary:** Lead the launch and commercial growth of Sunswap’s zero‑emission refrigeration solutions in France. Establish commercial and operational structures, drive customer acquisition, and develop an aftermarket support network. Manage the full sales cycle, build strategic partnerships, and grow a high‑performance regional team. **Expectations:** - Deliver sales revenue and market share objectives in accordance with company OKRs. - Build a robust pipeline of prospects, partners, and trial agreements. - Successfully introduce new products and services to the French market. - Maintain transparent, compliant sales documentation and stakeholder reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a country‑level commercial strategy aligned with global goals. - Map key accounts and maintenance‑service partners across the French market. - Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, proposal delivery, and closure. - Maintain accurate CRM data, report progress, and meet all sales targets. - Identify, validate, and contract with aftermarket service providers. - Negotiate multi‑million‑pound contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation. - Cultivate relationships with prospects, existing partners, and industry stakeholders; attend and host relevant events. - Collaborate with marketing to generate inbound leads, create sales collateral, and conduct market analysis. - Recruit, coach, and manage a local team to achieve business objectives. - Conduct regular market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and sector trends. - Travel across Europe as required to support sales and partnership initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Fluency in French and English (excellent written and oral communication). - 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets. - 3+ years as a Country or Regional Manager, successfully expanding a business in a foreign market. - Demonstrated startup or early‑stage product launch expertise. - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and related business tools. - Leadership experience in building and managing high‑performing teams. - Willingness to travel extensively within Europe. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.

**Job Title** Installation Engineer **Role Summary** Lead on‑site installation and repair of electric, battery, and solar‑powered transport refrigeration units at a major client facility. Ensure projects complete on time, meet SOP and OEM standards, and maintain precise inventory control and documentation. **Expactations** - Deliver 100 % on‑time installations within agreed SLAs. - Maintain accurate stock, tooling, and delivery records. - Execute mechanical and electrical field tasks safely and efficiently. - Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly. - Demonstrate a proactive, environmentally‑focused, and customer‑centric attitude. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and document all site deliveries and goods‑in/goods‑out processes. - Maintain 100 % stock control accuracy and optimal inventory levels. - Inspect, report, and repair defects in tooling, equipment, and installations. - Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of installation phases. - Adhere to SOP and OEM standards for all work; perform Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI). - Conduct on‑site repairs and document defects using designated reporting systems. - Facilitate clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams. **Required Skills** - Proven maintenance, repair, and diagnostics experience with refrigerated trailers, HVAC, or related systems. - Ability to perform mechanical and electrical field tasks, including brazing. - Basic knowledge of low‑voltage electrical systems. - Strong troubleshooting and unplanned maintenance skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to interpret written instructions and collaborate across teams. - Time‑management and prioritisation in a time‑sensitive environment. - Passion for sustainability and environmental impact. **Required Education & Certifications** - F‑GAS Category 1 certification. - Valid brazing qualification. - Knowledge of refrigeration system maintenance (certification or equivalent experience).
