Job title: Consultant Informatica Master Data Management (F/H)
Role Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Informatica MDM solutions for large enterprise clients, ensuring data governance, quality, and integration across multi‑domain reference models.
Expectations:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in setting up Informatica MDM/IDQ for domains such as Client, Supplier, Product, or HR. Demonstrated ability to model reference data, configure MDM, conduct workshops, and drive change management. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous learning mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data‑grouper assessments, audit, and scope definition for MDM initiatives.
- Model reference data structures and associated governance, interface, and quality processes.
- Define functional, technical, and application architectures for Informatica MDM deployments.
- Configure and extend Informatica MDM and IDQ, integrating with ETL, ESB, API management, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Facilitate workshops, generate data models, and write functional/technical specifications.
- Lead data migration, user training, and project rollout activities.
- Prepare cost estimates, respond to RFPs, develop POCs/POTs, and present demos.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor junior consultants on MDM best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of hands‑on Informatica MDM/IDQ implementation.
- Expertise in MDM architecture, data governance, data quality, and enterprise data integration.
- Familiarity with ETL/ESB, API management, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to develop business cases, perform costing, and draft RFP responses.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Informatica MDM (and IDQ) certification preferred.
