Job Description

**Job Title** Expert Product Owner **Role Summary** Lead product ownership for case‑management solutions, translating business needs into prioritized backlog items. Drive Agile delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure product meets functional & non‑functional requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑value, ROI‑focused features in iterative sprints. - Maintain clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria. - Act as product advocate, facilitating stakeholder alignment and acceptance testing. - Demonstrate expertise in case management, integration, and business process modeling. **Key Responsibilities** - Capture and elaborate functional and non‑functional requirements. - Conduct data analysis/models to support product decisions. - Provide technology guidance (IBM Case Manager or equivalent, XML, interoperability). - Validate requirements, create/use business process models (BPMN/ UML). - Build, prioritize, and sequence product backlog by business value. - Translate backlog themes into granular user stories for single‑sprint delivery. - Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos, release planning. - Review and accept deliverables after each sprint, ensuring alignment with acceptance tests. - Facilitate business acceptance and smooth hand‑off. - Contribute to roadmap planning and long‑term product vision. **Required Skills** - Strong product ownership & stakeholder management. - Case management software (IBM Case Manager, CMMN) and integration/interoperability. - Business process modeling (BPMN, UML). - Agile/Scrum experience (product backlog management, user stories). - Application Management Lifecycle knowledge. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) **or** Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) **or** SAFe Product Owner. **Preferred Knowledge** - Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). - Sparx Enterprise Architect. - Advanced case‑management concepts (CMMN).
