Senior Product Marketing Manager, Institutional (EMEA & APAC)
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies for institutional trading solutions across EEA, UAE, and APAC. Drive sales enablement, thought leadership, and partner marketing to acquire, engage, and retain institutional clients.
**Expectations**
- Deliver regional product narratives that align with global brand while meeting local market nuances.
- Translate strategy into actionable launch plans and measurable marketing campaigns.
- Produce high‑quality, localized content for sales, partners, and external audiences.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and market impact.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of institutional finance, OTC trading, and regional regulations (e.g., MiFID II).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain regional positioning, messaging, and value propositions for institutional products.
- Develop and manage marketing assets (decks, one‑pagers, case studies) and ensure accurate localization.
- Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market initiatives for new products/features, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Partner with global email, social, PR, and partner teams to amplify institutional narratives.
- Design and execute thought‑leadership programs and content strategies to establish market authority.
- Support sales enablement by providing training materials, ABM tactics, and partner‑marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with business development, account management, product, and sales teams to maintain cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years product marketing experience focused on institutional clients.
- Strong background in traditional finance (institutional trading, investment management, fintech) with exposure to cryptocurrency markets.
- Proven success in EEA, UAE, and APAC markets; expertise in localization and ABM.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, OTC trading, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II).
- Proficient in direct, digital, and content marketing; ability to simplify complex products for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience creating thought‑leadership content.
- Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) preferred.
