Job Description
**Job title:** Supply Planner – MEA Region **Role Summary:** Coordinate and optimize production planning across multiple plants to align supply with commercial demand. Manage plant capacity, execute S&OP cycles, analyze supply forecasts, and ensure efficient allocation of resources while minimizing costs and maximizing utilization. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate annual, periodic, and monthly S&OP production plans. - Ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production schedules. - Identify and mitigate supply risks, including supplier delays and part shortages. - Support commercial and manufacturing performance metrics, including cost, investment, and logistics efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct S&OP production planning and periodic reviews. - Compare demand forecasts with planning outputs and produce “What‑if” supply analyses. - Lead the implementation of decisions, monitoring execution and issuing warnings when needed. - Allocate resources to demand planners and manage order execution inputs. - Optimize plant distribution and flow acceleration to reduce supply‑chain and logistics costs. - Collaborate with plant logistics, R&D, S&OP managers, demand planners, and capacity teams. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years in supply planning or supply‑chain roles, preferably multinational. - Fluency in English; French or Arabic language skills advantageous. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects (BO). - Strong analytical, accuracy, synthesis, and rigor. - Collaboration, listening, adaptability, self‑control, negotiation, determination, and proactive influence. - Operational awareness and field sensitivity. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Certifications in supply‑chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.

**Job Title:** Project Cost Manager – MEA Region **Role Summary:** Lead the financial performance of automotive projects in the Middle East and Africa region. Own the project costbook, forecasted total product cost (TPC), and related risk portfolio.
