Job Description: Job title: Business Intelligence Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and reporting solutions using Microsoft SQL Server technologies to support healthcare decision‑making. Expectations: Deliver reliable ETL, reporting, and analytical services; ensure data quality and integrity; collaborate across teams; continuously learn and adopt new BI tools and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and optimize ETL processes (SSIS). - Write and tune T‑SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (SSRS, Power BI). - Manage and troubleshoot database environments (SQL Server, SSMS). - Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across systems. - Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and stakeholders to meet operational goals. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate new technologies. Required Skills: - Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2022 preferred). - Strong experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and SSMS. - Proven ability to write and optimize complex T‑SQL queries. - Solid understanding of data warehousing principles and practices. - Experience handling large datasets and delivering reliable data transformations. - Proactive, collaborative mindset with problem‑solving focus. - Willingness to retrain and upskill with emerging technologies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, SQL Server Certification) are preferred.
