Job Description
Job title: Country Manager – Leading PaaS/Automation Vendor Role Summary: Lead the launch and expansion of the vendor’s PaaS/automation solutions in France. Establish a high‑performance sales organization, develop a robust pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise opportunities, and cultivate long‑term relationships with C‑level stakeholders. Expectations: - Build and execute a regional sales strategy that delivers quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Scale the business from the ground up in a growth market, driving both new business and account growth. - Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, independent leadership style in a fast‑moving environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and manage new mid‑market and enterprise sales opportunities across France. - Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives in business and IT functions of named accounts. - Lead a structured sales process, deeply qualifying technical and business needs to close deals. - Communicate value proposition, using ROI/TCO tools to support decision‑makers’ business cases. - Negotiate contracts, uncover upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and foster long‑term client relationships. - Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan, including target account lists and channel/partner strategy. - Prospect, qualify, and develop new business while nurturing growth within existing accounts. - Travel as needed and collaborate with partner networks. Required Skills: - 5+ years as Account Executive or Sales Director in high‑growth SaaS/PaaS or complex enterprise software. - Strong technical sales background with ability to convey business value and manage complex deal cycles. - Deep understanding of SaaS/PaaS domains (App development, Low Code, ITSM, PaaS, iPaaS, Automation, ERP, SCM, CRM). - Proven success in a named account model and building enterprise relationships. - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; influence senior business and IT leaders. - Ability to build and leverage partner networks. - Skilled at lead qualification and closing high‑value deals. - Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑starter, thrives in dynamic, startup‑like environment. - Proficient in French and English (spoken and written). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft) are a plus but not mandatory.
