**Job Title:** Workday HRIS Analyst **Role Summary:** Support and optimize Workday system usage across HR functions, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business goals through technical administration and collaboration with stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Provide hands-on Workday system administration, troubleshooting, and process enhancements. - Manage user support and coordinate cross-functional HRIS projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot user issues via ServiceNow ticketing system and resolve critical system problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and implement Workday workflows, reports, and integrations. - Maintain system data integrity through audits, configuration updates, and security protocols. - Develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and documentation for end users. - Lead system enhancements, including scoping, testing, and deployment of new functionalities. - Train users on system processes and update procedural guides. - Support HRIS initiatives involving cross-functional teams. - Document system changes and test results for auditability. - Mentor team members and share knowledge through internal collaboration. - Monitor Workday community updates and recommend system improvements. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of Workday HRIS experience. - Proficiency in system configuration, reporting, and integration with external platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting complex HR processes. - Advanced skills in report design (e.g., matrix dashboards). - Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and data analysis. - Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder updates. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven knowledge of HR system architecture and business processes. - Certifications in Workday administration or HRIS methodologies preferred but not required.
