Required Skills - 2+ years of proven experience with SAP ERP (S/4 HANA or ECC) and SAP HCM/SuccessFactors. - Functional knowledge of key SAP modules and ability to map business processes to integration requirements. - Understanding of integration approaches (IDoc, BAPI, API, IPaaS, cloud integration services). - Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to explain technical topics to business and IT stakeholders. - Prior customer‑facing or consulting experience. - Working proficiency in English (C1+); additional languages a plus.
