Job Description

Job Title: Freelance Automotive Transporter Role Summary: Transport and secure delivery of light or sports vehicles between locations across France and potentially Europe, including transportation for automotive events such as race weekends. Expectations: - Proven driving skills with vehicle trailers or car carriers. - Experience transporting sports, classic or specialized vehicles. - Strong attention to detail and vehicle preservation. - Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Transport vehicles safely from point A to point B using trailers or car carriers. - Load, secure, and unload vehicles, ensuring proper use of straps, chocks, and protective measures. - Conduct pre- and post-transport vehicle inspections, documenting condition with photos and reports. - Adhere to all road safety and transport regulations. - Manage logistics for automotive events, including vehicle movement to and from race circuits, paddock support, and repositioning during multi-day events. - Maintain vehicle availability and security throughout event duration. Required Skills: - Excellent driving technique with trailer or car carrier handling. - Knowledge of vehicle transport safety procedures. - Ability to assess and manage vehicle condition before and after transport. - Strong organizational and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Valid Category B and BE (or B96) driver’s licences. - High-school diploma or equivalent (optional but preferred).
