**Role Summary**
Create and deliver clear, client‑centric messaging and content for Blue Owl’s Real Assets product suite, focusing on net lease and digital infrastructure. Translate complex investment strategies into engaging collateral, manage product materials, and support strategic communications such as shareholder letters and webcasts.
**Expectations**
Deliver timely, high‑quality marketing assets that align with regulatory and brand standards. Demonstrate strong storytelling, collaborate cross‑functionally, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop differentiated messaging for real‑asset products, emphasizing portfolio diversification benefits.
- Partner with investment strategists, portfolio teams, and subject‑matter experts to distill complex strategies into clear, digestible content.
- Produce product brochures, fact sheets, marketing briefs, sales presentations, digital assets, and thought‑leadership pieces.
- Update product performance documentation and manage content lifecycle.
- Lead quarterly shareholder letters and host key webcasts featuring strategists and portfolio managers.
- Maintain consistent messaging across regions, channels, and document management systems.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, digital, campaign, and marketing operations teams for alignment and execution.
- Track market trends, competitive positioning, and client preferences to inform messaging strategy.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
**Required Skills**
- 1–3 years of marketing experience in financial services (real‑estate or digital infrastructure preferred).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities; ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Strong project management, multi‑tasking, and deadline‑management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
