Job title: Private Wealth, Sales Enablement Analyst Role Summary: Support the Global Private Wealth business by managing data reconciliation, Salesforce CRM optimization, and cross‑functional enablement projects within the Distribution Strategy & Analytics team. Expectations: - Execute multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. - Develop training materials and documentation to standardize processes. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to support business goals and stakeholder needs. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile data from disparate sources to maintain accurate and actionable information. - Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM to track client interactions and service activities. - Lead and deliver Salesforce CRM projects, maintaining clear communication and progress tracking. - Create training guides, SOPs, and documentation for internal use. - Work cross‑functionally (marketing, sales, operations) to achieve shared objectives and satisfy stakeholder requirements. Required Skills: - Experience working with data and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Intermediate Excel; SQL proficiency preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex concepts. - Problem‑solving, organizational, and project management abilities. - Self‑driven, collaborative, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. - Familiarity with financial services or alternative investments is a plus.
