Job Description
Job title Junior CRM Engineer (f/m/d) Role Summary Support Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and maintenance, contributing to agile sprints, building scalable custom code and configurations, and ensuring continuous improvement of the platform. Expactations - Deliver high‑quality Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder solutions. - Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs. - Troubleshoot platform issues and propose effective, documented solutions. - Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guidelines. - Communicate progress clearly in English and work autonomously within an Agile framework. Key Responsibilities - Participate in CRM team sprints driving the roadmap delivery. - Design, code, test, and deploy reusable Apex, LWCs, SOQL queries, REST integrations, and Platform Event handling. - Configure Salesforce features (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder). - Create and maintain technical designs and documentation. - Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce user administration and feature roll‑outs. - Debug and resolve Salesforce platform errors, evaluating trade‑offs. - Engage in continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and version‑control practices. Required Skills - 1+ year of hands‑on Salesforce development experience. - Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration. - Familiarity with REST APIs, platform events, and integration patterns. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills in English. - Customer‑centric approach and ability to work independently. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory) and Platform Developer II / Platform App Builder (strong plus). - Exposure to version‑control tools (Git, GearSet) and CI/CD concepts.
